Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to manage sourcing

activities, vendor development, cost negotiation, and end-to-end procurement operations. The

ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement—preferably in steel, construction

materials, or manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.

● Source reliable vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships.

● Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

● Ensure timely procurement of materials at the most competitive prices.

● Monitor and control procurement costs to meet budget requirements.

● Collaborate with internal departments for demand planning and inventory management.

● Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

● Manage procurement documentation and maintain accurate records.

● Analyze market trends and assess risks to minimize procurement delays.

Key Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related

field.

● Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.

● Prior experience in the steel, construction, or manufacturing industry is preferred.

● Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
