• Handle labour related issues • Maintain healthy relations with Contractors • To counsel workers on safety health & hygiene issues. • Employee screening, attendance, entry and exit procedure. • Arrangements of meetings • Admin Work to counsel the workers on general issues like, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline. • To find aggrieved workers and counsel them in view to resolved their grievance related with their wages allowance benefits and facilities. • To provide guidance assistance in view to provide workmen ESIC, Provident Fund and Insurance. • Contract Labour Management. -Responsible for Manpower Management and Deployment by facilitating required manpower i.e., temporary and contractual workmen as per the requirement. • Maintaining attendance, responsible for contractual workers payroll processing. • Liason with Government offices• Keeping track of contractors compliance under ESI, PF & LWF/Checking and maintaining contractor’s wage sheet, attendance records and all other returns during bill processing.
