What You’ll Do

• 📊

  Analyze tenders

  & coordinate with departments, overseas offices, and agents for accurate pricing & data.
• 📝

  Prepare RFI/RFP responses

  – including company presentations & validated pricing data.
• 💾

  Maintain pricing databases

  for transportation & logistics/distribution rates.
• 📑

  Track tender performance

  – update bid logs, monitor completed bids, and track success rates.
• 🔍

  Conduct market intelligence

  on competitors’ pricing, capabilities, and services.

What We’re Looking For

• 🎓 University degree holder.
• 🚚 Min. 5 years’ experience in pricing, RFQ, sales, or customer service in

  freight forwarding

  .
• 🌐 Knowledge of

  worldwide markets

  & trade.
• 💬 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• 📈 Strong analytical & reporting abilities.
• 🖥 Proficiency in

  MS Office

  (especially Excel: pivot tables & formulas).
• 🤝 Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• 🗣 Fluent in

  English

  and a local language.
• 🏆

  Preference given to candidates from top MNC freight forwarders
