Procurement Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong vendor relationships; negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team.
  • Control budgets, track KPIs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Manage risks and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
  • Support sustainability reporting (EcoVadis, CDP) and embed responsible sourcing practices.


Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience in procurement with strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with experience using ERP/procurement tools (SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines.
