Job Description

Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage strong vendor relationships; negotiate contracts and pricing.
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team.
Control budgets, track KPIs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Manage risks and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Support sustainability reporting (EcoVadis, CDP) and embed responsible sourcing practices.

Key Requirements

7+ years of proven experience in procurement with strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Strategic mindset with experience using ERP/procurement tools (SAP, Oracle).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Ability to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines.
