We are seeking a Procurement Head to lead our sourcing and purchasing strategy across multiple active sites. The role will be responsible for building a strong vendor ecosystem , driving cost efficiency , and ensuring timely material procurement aligned with project schedules. The ideal candidate must have strong negotiation skills , a problem-solving mindset, and a proven track record in vendor development and cost control within a construction or design-build environment. Responsibilities Procurement Strategy & Vendor Management Develop and implement a centralised procurement strategy across all sites and cities. Identify, onboard, and manage a robust vendor base for materials, services, and subcontractors. Ensure vendor SLAs, contracts, and pricing terms are optimised for quality, cost, and delivery. Cost Control & Budgeting Work closely with the design and project teams to estimate BOQs and control procurement budgets. Monitor and minimize material wastage, cost overruns, and price fluctuations through proactive planning. Benchmark pricing across geographies to ensure maximum cost efficiency without compromising quality. Operations Coordination Coordinate closely with Project Managers and Site Engineers to ensure just-in-time deliveries. Support site audits, quality checks, and reconciliation reports for all procurement-related activities. Ensure seamless communication between regional sites and central procurement. Process Optimisation & Compliance Create and maintain procurement documentation, trackers, rate cards, and vendor assessments. Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and project documentation protocols. Implement digital tools or ERP modules (if any) to bring efficiency and visibility into the process. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Civil, Interior Design, or related field. 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the interior contracting, construction, or fit-out industry. Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor development skills are a must. Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional coordination abilities. Willingness to travel to project sites (as needed) for audits or vendor evaluations.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. Preferred candidate profile 3 - 4 years in field sales or business development, preferably in real estate, commercial interiors, or construction. Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus). Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and meeting sales targets. Comfortable with fieldwork, client meetings, and presentations. Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
Role & responsibilities Design brochures, logos, social media posts, banners, and other marketing materials. Create 3D mockups and interior design visualizations for client presentations. Develop and edit video content (project walkthroughs, promotional videos). Ensure consistency with brand identity across all materials. Collaborate with interior designers and marketing teams to understand design concepts. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards. Stay updated on design trends, software, and technologies. Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, CorelDraw . Video editing skills ( Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro , or similar). Strong visual design and conceptual skills. Experience with interior design or architecture projects (preferred). Excellent communication and time management skills. Knowledge of 3D design tools like SketchUp or AutoCAD (bonus). Degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, or related field .

Preferred candidate profile Bachelors/Master’s in Architecture. 6–8 years’ experience in interior design (5+ years corporate office projects). At least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop. Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
