Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead & mentor the design team; manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Plan layouts & concepts for large office fit-outs aligned with client requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and accessibility standards.
Oversee multiple projects, coordinating with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
Act as client POC; present design concepts & proposals to leadership teams.
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors/Master’s in Architecture.
6–8 years’ experience in interior design (5+ years corporate office projects).
At least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop.
Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
