Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and visit prospective properties, builders, architects, realty companies, and corporate offices to generate leads.
  • Schedule meetings to showcase CiaoGreen's offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Track leads, maintain a prospect database, and report progress to management.
  • Collaborate with design, operations, and project teams post-lead conversion.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3 - 4 years in field sales or business development, preferably in real estate, commercial interiors, or construction.
  • Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and meeting sales targets.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork, client meetings, and presentations.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
