Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

Develop and implement centralized procurement strategies across sites and cities.
Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for materials, services, and subcontractors.
Optimize contracts, pricing, and SLAs for quality, cost, and delivery.

Cost Control & Budgeting

Estimate BOQs and manage procurement budgets with design/project teams.
Minimize wastage, cost overruns, and price fluctuations.
Benchmark pricing across regions for cost efficiency without compromising quality.

Operations & Coordination

Ensure timely deliveries and smooth communication between sites and central procurement.
Support site audits, quality checks, and reconciliation reports.

Process & Compliance

Maintain procurement documentation, trackers, rate cards, and vendor assessments.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and project protocols.
Leverage digital tools/ERP for improved efficiency and visibility.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Civil, Interior Design, or related field.
7–10 years of procurement experience in interiors/fit-outs/construction.
Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor development skills.
Willingness to travel across project sites.
