Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, considering market trends and supplier performance.
Manage end-to-end procurement process from sourcing to contract management, ensuring timely delivery of products/services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, operations) to identify requirements and develop specifications.
Negotiate pricing agreements with vendors to optimize costs without compromising quality or service levels.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards throughout the procurement process.

Desired Candidate Profile

15-25 years of experience in medical devices & equipment procurement or related field.
Strong understanding of global procurement practices, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent negotiation skills for price agreements with vendors.
Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions on product selection, supplier selection, etc.
