Key Responsibilities:

  • Source suppliers for trade marketing materials, POS assets, branded merchandise, and promotional accessories.
  • Evaluate vendor capabilities, manage supplier relationships, and conduct price and quality comparisons.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements to maximize value and minimize risk.
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing and Brand teams to understand campaign needs and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure assets are produced in line with brand guidelines and marketing specifications.
  • Issue purchase orders, manage order tracking, and coordinate delivery logistics with vendors.
  • Conduct quality checks on received materials and coordinate returns or replacements as necessary.
  • Keep accurate records of purchases, vendor evaluations, and performance metrics.


Qualifications & Skills:


  1. Education &  Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


2.Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with production processes for promotional items (e.g., printing, packaging, custom merchandise).


3.Soft Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality-focused.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, logistics).
