Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – International Sales & BD Overview As a Senior Executive – International Sales & BD, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with relevant overseas organisations and clients for our products. You will play a vital role in expanding the reach of our products to current and new international markets and ensuring consistent growth in exports sales. You would also be responsible for devising strategies for expanding both online and offline marketing presence, etc. whether through in-house resources or through outsourced marketing partnerships. Major responsibilities include: Client Acquisition - § Identify and target potential organisations, importers, hospitals and clients in international markets. § Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, while understanding their needs and requirements. § Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with international customers. § Optimize pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability. § Provide weekly update to senior management on export sales performance, market insights, and strategies. Market Development - § Develop and implement a strategic plan for expanding our product exports to existing and new markets. § Identify potential markets and segments with the highest growth potential. § Evaluate and adjust the strategy based on market dynamics and competition. § Preparing tentative exhibition plan along with financial budget requirements. § Preparation of Marketing material, product brochures and client presentations through MS Office and online tools. Market Research - § Stay updated on international market trends, trade regulations, and economic factors. § Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats in different regions. § Evaluate customer feedback and take corrective action. Country Import Regulations & Customs Laws - § Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade laws, and customs requirements in various countries. § Handle documentation, such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, invoices, and commercial agreements. - Skills required: - At least Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Business, Business Management (Sales & Marketing), Digital Marketing, Pharmaceutical / Hospital Management) - Minimum 2 years of experience in an International B2B sales and business development role in a pharmaceutical / healthcare / medical device company is mandatory. - Awareness and focused experience on Global Healthcare tenders (NGOs & MOH requirements) / Named Patient Supplies for Unregistered products / 'Special Permit Imports' in developing markets, would be highly preferred. - Prior experience of working on marketing material preparation and participation in Global Healthcare Exhibitions would be preferred. - Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding export sales targets. - Willingness to travel internationally as required (approx. 3 - 4 times in a year). Adaptability to different international markets and cultures. - Proficient in Generative AI tools usage, Email writing, MS Office, Linkedin usage, international B2B client connect and online marketing tools. - Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. - Responsible, ethical and organized individual with attention to detail required. - Proactiveness in understanding client requirements and strong commitment to provide exceptional client service. - Understanding of Cold Chain temperature maintenance, adequate pharma packaging, as per Pharma GMP / GDP norms, would be appreciated. Executive / Snr Executive - Accounts & Export Compliances Overview The job requires an individual to prepare and maintain the books of financial accounts on Tally Prime and prepare the export shipment documentation. The individual has to ensure that all legal compliances have been completed on a timely basis as per the Compliance Calendar. Major responsibilities include: - Regular entry of purchases, sales, expenses, receipts and asset capitalization entries, as per appropriate sections, in Tally Prime software. - Preparing Client Invoices and other export shipment related documents . - Detailed understanding of aspects of exports related e-invoicing, e-way bill creation and related accounting formalities. - Verifying and entering Vendor invoices in coordination with Operations team, ensuring accurate TDS deductions and vendor payments are completed on time. - Calculation, preparation, reconciliation and timely filing of monthly GSTR 1, 3B, 9, 9C, GST refunds sheet, in co-ordination with the CA consultant. - Troubleshooting in case of pending GST Refunds / Drawback / RODTEP benefits, through usage of ICEGATE & GST portal. - Calculation and preparation of monthly TDS compliances and Income tax returns, in coordination with the CA consultant. - Maintaining post shipment data and export documents on a timely basis such as Shipping Bills, AWB, etc as per the SOP and completing e-BRC bank compliances. - Preparing monthly, quarterly compliance calendar and monthly MIS for the management. - Reconciliation of Debtors/Creditors Ledger Balance and follow-up for unclear balances and accurate categorization of Expenses in proper headers in Tally Prime. - Preparing Employee Salary Slips and payroll processing. Skills required: - At least 3 years of accounting experience on Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 handling Export transactions is mandatory. - Being an individual contributor role, advanced level of proficiency in understanding of accounting principles, tax calculations and journal entries is required. - Initial years of career training / experience in a CA firm OR CA / CWA / CMA (Foundation level or Inter level Pass) shall be preferred. - Responsible, reliable and organized individual with attention to detail expected. - Intermediate proficiency level required in MS Excel, MS Office, Internet usage and Email writing. - Good written and verbal communication in English language. - Willingness to learn new features on Tally Prime and applying the same in day-to-day accounting, to make the Accounts & Compliance function more efficient, would be recognized and adequately rewarded.
