Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Executive to join our team in CBRE South Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost savings and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Proficiency in procurement software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
