Our portfolio includes essential oils, natural isolates, oleoresins, CO₂ extracts, and resinoids, supplied to the world’s top fragrance and flavour houses.We are deeply committed to sustainability, traceability, and ethical sourcing — partnering with farmers and suppliers across India to ensure quality and transparency from farm to formulation.---**Role Overview**The Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing raw materials, packaging, and engineering supplies, maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating costs, and ensuring timely availability of materials for production. This role requires attention to detail, negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of procurement processes within a manufacturing environment.---**Key Responsibilities*** Source and procure raw materials (essential oils, isolates, solvents, packaging, etc.) as per production plans.* Develop and maintain vendor relationships with both domestic and international suppliers.* Compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize purchase orders in line with company budgets.* Track and ensure timely delivery of goods; coordinate with stores and production for stock updates.* Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in ERP or Excel-based systems.* Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.* Collaborate with the QC and Production teams for material approval and inventory planning.* Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations in key raw materials.* Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical sourcing standards.---**Desired Skills and Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Supply Chain Management, or Commerce.* 2–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain within a manufacturing setup, preferably in chemicals, aromatics, or food ingredients.* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.* Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems (Zoho, Tally, SAP, etc.).* Good communication and interpersonal skills.* Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities.* Fluent in English & Hindi---**Why Join Us*** Be part of a heritage company with over six decades in natural ingredient manufacturing.* Opportunity to work across global supply chains and learn the nuances of the fragrance and flavour industry.* Collaborative, values-driven work culture with a focus on growth and sustainability.---**How to Apply**Email your resume to info@tmvaroma.com with the subject line “Application – Procurement Executive.”
