Procurement Executive

Job Overview:

The Inventory & Store Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in managing inventory levels and overseeing daily store. This position requires a blend of organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation to ensure efficient store functioning and optimal inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy in inventory records.
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage stock replenishment and resolve discrepancies.
• Store Operations:
• Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and customer service.
• Update and Maintain stock inflows and outflows using inventory management software.
• Develop strategies to enhance sales performance and improve customer satisfaction.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare reports on inventory status, sales performance, and operational efficiency for management review.
• Analyse sales trends and inventory data to forecast future needs and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with suppliers to coordinate logistics related to inventory delivery and store openings.
• Act as a liaison between engineering and production team to communicate updates, best practices, and operational challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Even diploma or ITI people with a strong interest in technology can apply.
• Vision to excel in retail operations or inventory management, preferably within the electronics sector.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
