Job Overview: The Inventory & Store Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in managing inventory levels and overseeing daily store. This position requires a blend of organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation to ensure efficient store functioning and optimal inventory management. Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy in inventory records. Collaborate with suppliers to manage stock replenishment and resolve discrepancies. Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and customer service. Update and Maintain stock inflows and outflows using inventory management software. Develop strategies to enhance sales performance and improve customer satisfaction. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on inventory status, sales performance, and operational efficiency for management review. Analyse sales trends and inventory data to forecast future needs and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to coordinate logistics related to inventory delivery and store openings. Act as a liaison between engineering and production team to communicate updates, best practices, and operational challenges. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Even diploma or ITI people with a strong interest in technology can apply. Vision to excel in retail operations or inventory management, preferably within the electronics sector. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
