Primary Coordinator Overview: Key Responsibilities : Academic Leadership Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation for primary grades. Ensure teaching practices align with school vision, mission, and educational standards. Monitor academic performance and implement strategies for improvement. Teacher Supervision & Development Guide and mentor primary teachers in lesson planning, pedagogy, and classroom management. Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback. Organize training sessions and workshops for continuous professional growth. Student Progress & Welfare Track student performance through assessments and data analysis. Support differentiated learning to meet diverse student needs. Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Parent & Community Engagement Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and school initiatives. Organize parent-teacher meetings and workshops. Build strong partnerships between school and families. Administration & Coordination Manage academic data, records, and reporting. Coordinate examinations, events, and extracurricular activities. Collaborate with school leadership to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed mandatory). Minimum 5–6 years of teaching experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/coordination role. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
