Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Primary Coordinator located in Krishna. The Primary Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the primary education department(From Grade 3 to Grade 5), developing and implementing curriculum plans, coordinating with teachers, parents, and administration, and ensuring the overall academic and operational excellence of the primary school programs. Daily tasks include planning and conducting meetings, monitoring student progress, addressing any academic or behavioral issues, and maintaining compliance with educational standards and school policies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with teachers, parents, and students
• Experience in educational administration and adhering to regulatory standards
• Proficient in innovative teaching methodologies and educational technology
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees
• Experience in an international school setting is a plus
