• Curriculum and instruction:

• Supervise and provide guidance to teachers on best practices.
• Monitor student progress and evaluate educational outcomes.
• Teacher and staff support:
• Provide support, guidance, and professional development to teachers.
• Facilitate staff meetings and collaborate with teachers on curriculum and student needs.
• Assist with staff recruitment, including interviewing and selection.
• Administration and operations:
• Coordinate with school leadership and other departments on academic initiatives.
• Manage budgets for the primary department, including monitoring expenditures and resource allocation.
• Organize and oversee school events and co-curricular activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students.
• Parent and community relations:
• Serve as a point of communication between the school and parents, addressing concerns and providing updates.
• Collaborate with families to support the student's academic and socio-emotional development.

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
