Primary School Teacher

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Mother Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a specific primary class (generally from Grades 1 to 3), acting as the main teacher and caregiver in the classroom. This role requires a nurturing attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage all core subjects with a child-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary educator and caretaker for the assigned class, providing a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment. Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons across all core subjects (English, Math, EVS, etc.) in alignment with curriculum standards. Foster holistic development by addressing emotional, social, physical, and cognitive needs of students. Maintain effective classroom discipline using positive behavior management techniques. Assess student progress regularly through formal and informal methods and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with co-teachers, subject teachers, and parents to track and support student development. Organize and participate in school activities and events such as parent-teacher meetings, celebrations, and field trips. Encourage creativity and critical thinking through interactive and hands-on learning experiences. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) – Mandatory. 1+ years of experience teaching primary classes, preferably in a CBSE/ICSE/IB curriculum. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Patient, empathetic, and passionate about working with young children. Proficient in integrating technology and modern teaching tools into the classroom.
