Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Academic Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing daily academic operations, monitoring teacher performance, and maintaining strong communication with parents. The ideal candidate should have a background in school administration and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor teachers to ensure effective classroom delivery and adherence to curriculum. Coordinate with parents to address concerns, share updates, and maintain a strong school-home connection. Support teachers in planning and implementing academic and co-curricular activities. Ensure timely completion of lesson plans, assessments, and academic reports. Organize and participate in school events, parent meetings, and staff briefings. Collaborate with school leadership for implementing academic improvements and policies. Maintain records and prepare reports related to academic performance and staff development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field. Minimum 1 years of experience in school coordination or academic leadership. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with staff and parents.
