Primary School Teacher

Job Description: The Primary Mother Teacher will be responsible for nurturing the academic, emotional, and social development of children in primary grades. She will manage all subjects for her assigned class and act as the main point of contact for students and parents. The teacher should create a warm, inclusive classroom environment, implement innovative teaching methods, and assess student progress regularly. Key Responsibilities: Teach core subjects (English, Math, EVS, etc.) to a specific class Maintain classroom discipline and hygiene Track individual student progress and maintain records Communicate regularly with parents and school staff Encourage creativity, curiosity, and confidence in students Plan activities that promote holistic development Skills Required: Excellent communication and classroom management skills Ability to handle young children patiently and empathetically Basic computer proficiency and ability to use digital learning tools Qualifications: Graduate with B.Ed or D.Ed preferred Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience
