Responsibilities:

  • As a PreSales Executive, your core responsibility is to translate client needs into tailored, deliverable solutions and support the sales team with strategic solution consulting. You will be the technical and operational bridge between prospects, BDMs, and our internal delivery teams.
  • You must bring a deep understanding of financial services outsourcing (or similar), hands-on experience in proposal creation, and exposure to front-line client conversations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Discovery & Client Engagement.
  • Participate in initial sales calls to qualify leads, understand pain points, and map needs across our services.
  • Lead or co-lead discovery sessions to document use cases and business goals.
  • Analyse client practices to suggest optimal outsourcing structures (dedicated resource, FTE, task-based, etc.)
  • Proposal & Solution Design:
  • Prepare custom solution proposals, including workflow diagrams, service scopes, delivery models, and pricing structures.
  • Collaborate with delivery and ops teams to design accurate, feasible solutions within SLA expectations.
  • Develop solution pitch decks, tailored SoWs (Statements of Work), and service agreements in collaboration with legal/compliance.
  • Sales Enablement & Support:
  • Act as subject-matter expert (SME) during client calls, demos, and capability walk-throughs.
  • Prepare presales collateral: use cases, process maps, transition plans, and ROI analyses.
  • Maintain a repository of updated solution templates, case studies, and service blueprints.
  • Client Transition Handover
  • Ensure proper handover of client requirements to operations/delivery teams post-deal closure.
  • Document process risks, transition timelines, and critical success factors.
  • Support onboarding calls for the first 2–4 weeks post-signing to ensure client confidence.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3–4 years of hands-on Presales or Solution Consulting experience in a BPO/KPO/outsourcing firm catering to financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging clients across Accounting, Financial Planning, Mortgage Broking, Bookkeeping, Taxation, or SMSF.
  • Proven ability to build proposals, SoWs, and pricing models with accuracy and clarity
  • Strong process mapping, analytical, and documentation skills (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools)
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management — must be comfortable talking to CXOs, Practice Managers, and Advisors.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (for pricing), PowerPoint (for pitch decks), and Word (for SoW documentation)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to outsourcing models: Dedicated FTEs, task-based models, seat-based pricing, etc.
  • Familiarity with Australian, UK, and US financial compliance standards
  • Experience working with or supporting a Business Development Manager or Sales Consultant
