Job Description

Role Overview: As a Pre-Sales professional, you will play a crucial role as the technical-commercial liaison between our product/service and potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage early in the sales process, comprehend customer business needs, align them with our solutions, conduct compelling demos/proofs-of-concept, and support the sales team in finalizing deals effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with sales leads and prospects to gain insights into their business challenges, requirements, and current setups. - Translate customer requirements into solution architecture or product/service configuration, and recommend customized solutions. - Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept (POC), and technical presentations to clients and key stakeholders. - Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to define the value proposition, positioning, and competitive advantages of our offerings. - Assist in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) / Requests for Information (RFIs), create solution documentation, provide costing inputs, and establish competitive positioning. - Offer technical or domain expertise as a consultant and serve as a trusted advisor for prospects during their decision-making journey. - Gather customer feedback, market trends, competitor insights, and communicate them to the product/strategy teams to influence future enhancements. - Support in post-sales transition (if needed) to ensure a seamless handover for delivery/implementation and enhance client trust. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a Pre-Sales role or similar customer-facing position. - Strong understanding of solution architecture, product configurations, and technical presentations. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall sales strategy. - Experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs, creating solution documentation, and competitive analysis. - Proven track record of providing technical consulting and guiding prospects through decision-making processes. - Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence. - Prior experience in post-sales support activities would be advantageous for this role.,
