Relationship Development & Networking • Build, strengthen, and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and design studios across Bangalore. • Map the A&D ecosystem in the region and develop a targeted engagement strategy. • Become the go-to brand ambassador for Hillarys within the design community. 2. Business Growth & Lead Generation • Identify, qualify, and convert A&D-led project opportunities into confirmed business. • Actively position Hillarys’ premium window furnishing solutions during client and partner discussions. • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth project handovers and timely execution. 3. Brand Promotion & Events • Organize and host presentations, product demos, workshops, and experience sessions for A&D professionals. • Represent Hillarys at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen visibility. • Collaborate with marketing to create tailored collateral, case studies, and sample kits for A&D outreach. 4. Project Pipeline & Collaboration • Track partner project timelines and identify early engagement opportunities. • Provide technical and design inputs to help partners integrate Hillarys’ solutions seamlessly. • Maintain accurate records of interactions, project updates, and closures in the CRM. 5. Reporting & Performance Tracking • Monitor and report monthly sales achievements, pipeline health, and conversion rates. • Share market intelligence and competitor insights to refine strategy. Key Requirements • Experience: 4 - 8 years of proven business development or sales experience in the interiors, design, architecture, luxury home products, or building materials sector. • Network: Strong, active connections with architects and interior designers in Bangalore is mandatory. • Performance Track Record: Consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. • Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication, presentation skills, and stakeholder management abilities. • Mindset: Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of residential and commercial design project lifecycles, from concept to completion. • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, presentation software, and basic digital communication platforms. Key Responsibilities: Local Tech Stack Ownership: Manage and localize core systems (CRM, Order Management, Scheduling, Fulfilment, Payments) for the Indian market. Customize global platforms to meet local workflows and regulatory requirements.
