About the Role

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships
with leading architects, interior designers, and design studios in Bangalore.
Drive lead generation and sales
by positioning our products/services effectively to the design community.
Organize and host presentations, demos, and experiential events
for the architect and interior design community.
Understand the project pipeline of key partners and identify collaboration opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop tools, content, and collateral tailored to the design community.
Track project conversions, maintain CRM hygiene, and report performance metrics regularly.
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.

Key Requirements

4 - 8 years
of BD/sales experience, preferably in the interiors, design, architecture, or premium lifestyle sectors.
Strong,
active network of architects and interior designers
in Bangalore is a must.
Proven
track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with
high energy and ownership mindset.
Strong understanding of the design and project lifecycle in residential and commercial spaces.
