About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, technically proficient Pre-Sales Manager with a strong background in Communication Services. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by acting as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, showcasing the technical capabilities and business value of our CPaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional presentation, demonstration, and deck creation skills to articulate complex technical concepts into compelling, client-centric narratives.


Roles and responsibilities:

1.The core responsibility is to support the development of new business from existing clients and new opportunities. This role will focus on planning, managing, effectively driving and articulating propositions and solutions through client-facing presentations, delivered to the highest standard.

2. Conduct compelling, live product demonstrations, customizing them to resonate with specific client needs and highlight relevant features and benefits.

3. Design, develop, and refine high-quality, visually appealing, and persuasive sales and technical decks.

4. Closely work with Sales personnel to provide Product & Technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities

5. Evaluate the proposals based on cost, functionality, business needs and risks

6. Collaborate with key stakeholders (internal and external) to help define overall product strategies and guide best practices

7. Spotting trends and technologies and being able to recommend industry-leading practices for inclusion in our solutions and responses.

8. Utilize storytelling techniques to build compelling narratives around our solutions and their impact.


Skills & Qualification:

B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA from Tier 1 colleges

1. 5-7 years of work experience in Pre-sales specifically within the CPAAS industry.

2. Good Understanding of mobile engagement platforms & communication channels like SMS,voice,RCS,Whatsapp Business Messaging, ChatBot's is essential.

3. Should have Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills to develop client relationships.

4. Strong customer service orientation

5. Analytical skills and the ability to recognise the demands on the side of the clients

6. Wire-framing, flow design, prototyping & Requirement gathering
