The selected candidate is responsible for HR operations for the plant, he will be focusing on employees relations, statutory compliances, recruitment of operators and their life-cycle management, welfare and aligning with business goals of the plant. He will also be responsible for labour law adherence, payroll operations, training and driving positive culture across the plant. In addition, he will work on the various corporate initiatives of Human Resources department.
Ideal candidate should have full time Master’s degree in Social Work specializing in Human Resources Management with 5 years’ experience in foundry or manufacturing industry.
