Plant HR Executive

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level roles (workers, supervisors, technicians, staff).
• Conduct interviews, coordinate with agencies, and ensure timely hiring.
• Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and induction sessions.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Coordinate grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
• Maintain a positive workplace culture through engagement activities and communication.
• Liaise with unions (if applicable) and support collective bargaining processes.

3. Time Office & Attendance Management

• Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and timesheet verification.
• Ensure accurate payroll inputs and coordination with the payroll team.

4. Compliance & Statutory Management

• Ensure compliance with labor laws (Factories Act, ESI, PF, Wages Act, etc.).
• Manage statutory records, audits, and liaison with government departments.
• Monitor contractor compliance and maintain documentation.

5. Performance Management

• Support plant-level appraisal processes and goal-setting.
• Track performance metrics and assist managers in performance discussions.

6. Training & Development

• Identify skill gaps and coordinate technical/behavioral training programs.
• Maintain training MIS and evaluate training effectiveness.

7. HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and monthly HR reports.
• Manage welfare initiatives, canteen, transportation, safety and hygiene support.
• Support implementation of corporate HR policies at the plant.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliances.
• People-handling and conflict-resolution skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or plant HR.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
