Plant HR Executive

As a part of Patil Group, you will play a key role in the Human Resources department. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling recruitment, employee engagement, and training and development processes - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations - Coordinating with various departments to implement HR policies effectively - Utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees - Being based on-site in Bobbili to carry out your duties effectively In addition to the above role overview, the key qualifications required for this position are: - Relevant experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and training and development - Knowledge of labor laws and compliance - Proficiency in coordinating with different departments and implementing HR policies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in the manufacturing industry would be considered a plus.,
