Plant HR Executive

You will be responsible for various key aspects in the role including: - Overseeing the recruitment process, which involves job postings, interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions for factory staff. - Addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment on the factory floor. - Ensuring adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies for compliance. - Coordinating training programs, safety drills, and employee engagement activities for training and development. - Conducting performance appraisals, managing employee performance, and assisting with salary planning for performance management. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, attendance records, and HR documentation for employee records. - Providing HR support for various factory operations and administrative tasks to support factory functions. - Ensuring a safe working environment by addressing employee complaints and promoting safety protocols for workplace safety. The job type for this position is full-time and the benefits include food provided and Provident Fund. The schedule is day shift with a yearly bonus. Fluency in English is preferred for language proficiency. The work location is in-person at the factory.
