Job Description

As an experienced professional in Recruitment & Workforce Management, your role will involve executing end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar and administrative staff based on plant requirements. You will be responsible for liaising with department heads to determine manpower needs and effectively managing labor contractor relationships while ensuring proper documentation and compliance. In HR Operations & Employee Records, you will be tasked with managing HRMS to maintain accurate employee data, monitoring Attendance, Leave & Time Management systems for accuracy and timely reporting, supporting employee onboarding and exit formalities, and ensuring all documentation is in order. Your responsibilities in Compliance & Statutory Management will include ensuring compliance with Factory Act provisions such as health, safety, and working hours, managing statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, TDS, and other labor laws, and ensuring timely filing of statutory returns while adhering to all legal requirements. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling will be a key aspect of your role where you will organize and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture, address employee grievances, and facilitate effective communication between workers and management. In HRMS & Reporting, your focus will be on maintaining accurate data in HRMS software for all HR processes, preparing HR reports and MIS as required by plant management. Key Skills Required: - 3 years of experience in Plant HR / Manufacturing Industry - Good knowledge of Blue-Collar Recruitment and Labor Contractor Management - Hands-on experience in Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, Factory Act) - Proficiency in HRMS Software and MS Excel - Understanding of Labor Laws & Factory Act provisions - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to manage Attendance, Leave & Time Management Systems effectively This full-time position offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provided food, and health insurance.
