Plant HR Executive

As an HR Manager at our manufacturing company located in Noida Sector 155, your role will involve managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and statutory compliance are effectively handled. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, conducting initial interviews, and onboarding. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including compensation and benefits details. - Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies. - Manage employee attendance, leave records, and benefits administration. - Support internal HR audits and collaborate with various departments for HR requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment. - Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and statutory benefits such as PF and ESI. - Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
