As a Plant HR Executive at The Purbasha Group, you will play a crucial role in managing HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies at our Begusarai location. Your responsibilities will include overseeing HR management activities, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations within the plant.
