Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior HR Executive at Purbasha Group, located in Madhyamgram. The Junior HR Executive will be responsible for assisting in daily HR operations, managing HR activities, handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and supporting overall human resources functions. This role involves close interaction with employees to address concerns and provide support in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
