The Senior HR Plant Manager will manage the HR functions within the plant, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and training programs. This role also involves implementing HR policies, overseeing talent management, and developing strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity. The candidate will collaborate with plant management to ensure a safe and conducive work environment, while maintaining operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Compliance with Labor Laws Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Experience in Talent Management, Training Programs, and Employee Engagement strategies Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with plant management and other teams Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities Show more Show less
