As a Senior HR Plant Manager at The Purbasha Group, you will be responsible for managing the HR functions within the plant located in Amta, Howrah. Your role will involve overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and training programs. You will play a key role in implementing HR policies, talent management, and developing strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Collaboration with plant management to ensure a safe work environment and operational efficiency will be crucial.
