Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factor/Plant HR at our Madhyamgram location. The Factor/Plant HR will be responsible for managing HR activities, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits and personnel management. The role involves handling day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and maintaining compliance with labor regulations. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills HR Management and HR Policies development experience Experience in Employee Benefits management Ability to manage daily HR operations and compliance with labor regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus Show more Show less
