Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Only male candidate ( Have to stay at Factory) Recruitment and Hiring: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions for factory staff. Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive and productive work environment on the factory floor. Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies. Payroll and Benefits: Manage payroll processing, track leave records, and administer benefits programs for factory employees. Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, safety drills, and employee engagement activities. Performance Management: Conduct performance appraisals, manage employee performance, and assist with salary planning. Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, attendance records, and HR documentation. Contract Management: Manage contracts with vendors and ensure timely payments. Support Factory Functions: Provide HR support for various factory operations and administrative tasks. Workplace Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by addressing employee complaints and promoting safety protocols. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
