We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Planning Coordinator to support production and supply chain planning functions. The incumbent will play a critical role in coordinating planning activities, ensuring seamless communication across departments, managing production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting the execution of strategic supply chain initiatives.
This role requires strong analytical capabilities, operational acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring experience in ERP systems, a solid understanding of production workflows, and a proactive approach to resolving planning-related challenges.
Facilitate alignment across Production, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Finance, Exim, Warehousing, Regional Supply Chain Teams, and international stakeholders to ensure synchronization of supply and demand plans.
Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and production capacities to optimize resource utilization and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Analyze planning data to identify process bottlenecks, risks, or inefficiencies. Develop actionable insights and recommend process improvements to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain responsiveness.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly export planning reports, production schedules, and performance dashboards for senior management review.
Attend cross-functional meetings; present planning updates and communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
Maintain accurate planning parameters and master data within ERP systems (SAP, Oracle JDE, etc.) to support effective planning and reporting.
Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials, MB, and packaging materials.

Monitor purchase order status, identify potential delays, and escalate critical issues that could impact production or export timelines.
Contribute to planning-related process optimization initiatives and support the implementation of best practices in planning and scheduling.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior planning staff as needed and support knowledge-sharing initiatives across the team.
· Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical / E&C) / MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related discipline.
· 5–7 years of relevant experience in production planning, materials management, or supply chain operations.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards).
· Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle JDE, or equivalent.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
· Deep understanding of production processes, inventory control, and demand forecasting.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple competing priorities.
· Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
· Office-based role in Dehradun with frequent collaboration with internal departments including Production, Quality Assurance, Warehousing, Procurement, Exim, and Finance.
· Dynamic and deadline-driven environment requiring high adaptability and responsiveness.
