We are looking for a Placement Manager to strengthen our industry connections and drive successful student career outcomes. --- Roles & Responsibilities 1. Student Placements & Career Support Build and execute a structured placement strategy to ensure maximum student placements. Maintain high placement ratio by aligning student skills with market requirements. Guide students in resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling sessions. Track student performance, placement readiness, and ensure timely follow-ups. 2. Corporate Tie-ups & Employer Relations Identify, connect, and build strong relationships with companies across IT, product, consulting, and startup ecosystems. Organize placement drives, internship programs, and job fairs with partner companies. Collect JDs from employers and align eligible student profiles accordingly. Act as the single point of contact for corporate recruiters and maintain long-term relations. 3. Internal Collaboration Work closely with HR Team and Operations Team to align training outcomes with placement needs. Share company feedback with trainers to upgrade course curriculum. Maintain placement reports, employer database, and student placement tracker. 4. Reporting & Performance Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets. Provide weekly reports on placement activities, interviews scheduled, and offers made. Monitor placement KPIs such as interview-to-offer ratio and offer-to-join ratio. --- Key Skills Required Strong network of corporate HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet placement targets and drive successful hiring campaigns. Knowledge of IT job roles (Full Stack, Data Science, AI, Cloud, Digital Marketing). Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets and CRM tools. --- Qualifications Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in placements / corporate relations (EdTech, Training institutes, Colleges preferred).
