Student Placements & Career Support Build and execute a structured placement strategy to ensure maximum student placements. Maintain high placement ratio by aligning student skills with market requirements. Guide students in resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling sessions. Track student performance, placement readiness, and ensure timely follow-ups. 2.
