Coordinate with Sales, Trainers, and Operations teams for smooth student onboarding. Achieve monthly admission targets and drive revenue growth. Address queries regarding fee structures, learning modes, and job placement support. Mentor and lead junior counsellors, if needed.
Key Responsibilities: Identify job openings from portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, and company websites. Connect with companies to collect job descriptions (JDs) suitable for our trained students. Maintain and regularly update a database of hiring companies, HR contacts, and openings. Coordinate with students and employers to schedule interviews and follow-ups. Track the placement pipeline: shortlisted, interviews scheduled, selected, offer released. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners for continuous engagement. Ensure timely communication of job opportunities to eligible students.
