Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Placement Manager who can drive student employability and build strong corporate partnerships. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in campus placements, corporate tie-ups, and student career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders and hiring managers across industries.
• Identify and onboard companies for student placements, internships, and live projects.
• Plan and execute the entire placement process – from pre-placement activities to final offers.
• Organize job fairs, industry interaction sessions, and networking events.
• Mentor and guide students in resume building, interview skills, and career readiness.
• Collaborate with training teams to align curriculum with industry requirements.
• Maintain placement data and present regular reports to management.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in placements, recruitment, or corporate relations (EdTech / Higher Education preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Strong industry network and ability to connect with decision-makers.
• Ability to meet targets under tight deadlines.
