Job Description

Main Objective: To drive lead generation through outbound calls using auto-dialers and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads to counsellors. The goal is to allow counsellors to focus on conversions, while the Telesales Executive handles the initial outreach and qualification process. Key Objectives: Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through effective telecalling. Develop a strong understanding of the company's services to identify how they can benefit prospective students. Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers using empathetic and solution-oriented communication. Ensure compliance with company guidelines while providing high-quality customer support. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to convert leads into potential admissions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all conversations, including feedback, inquiries, and admission updates. Follow established sales scripts and strategies, with the flexibility to adapt when necessary. Keep current students informed about new offerings and capture feedback on upcoming launches. Stay informed about industry trends to effectively address customer needs. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary. Required Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma/ degree or equivalent. Previous experience as a telesales executive or in a similar telecalling role. Proficiency in English and Hindi(both verbal and written). Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and time management skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and auto-dialing systems is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
