Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers for Personal Loan products
  • Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility to customers
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable loan solutions
  • Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
  • Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups
  • Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum

    4 months of calling / tele-sales experience

  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Sales-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Salary & Incentives

  • 20,500 CTC
  • 4,500 Fixed Surcharge
