Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1.Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. 2. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics 3.Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives. 4. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way 5. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets 5. Calling customers and convincing for personal loan Preferred candidate profile Minimum Qualification – 12th Pass Experience Required: Minimum 3 months – 1 year in Telesales/ Telecalling
