About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with corporates, recruiters, and companies to create placement opportunities for students.
• Conduct interviews and career counseling sessions for students.
• Ensure students are prepared for the placement process, including resume building, mock interviews, and other job-readiness training.
• Coordinate with various departments to align placement schedules, drive attendance, and follow up with placement processes.
• Track the progress of students post-placement and gather feedback from both employers and students.
• Provide detailed reports on placement activities, success rates, and challenges.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient placement process, meeting set targets for job placement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a placement-related role, preferably in educational institutions or training companies.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and placement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel PAN India as required.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
