Job Description Centre Manager Objective The Centre Manager reports to the State Head and contributes towards training the students as per prescribed curriculum to ensure successful completion of course and make the students job ready. Brief Organisations Structure Primary Duties and Responsibilities The Centre Manager performs following duties: People Management Coordination with : Trainers, Counsellors and Management for smooth running of the centre. External examiners Mobilising team, To ensure all people working under him are working as per stipulated guidelines Inspiring, building and managing the team effectively to bring accountability to the team and providing support to all stakeholders. Operations Management Maintain details of the trainee batches, as specified under scheme Make changes in batch details, as required Enrol optimum strength in the batch (few extra to take care of any drop outs) Facilitate opening of bank accounts & insurance under PMSBY Verify documents of the students To track attendance of students on a regular basis and to track missing students through counsellor To ensure hygiene of Hostel & Centre To monitor smooth functioning of all the equipments, such as :- Gen Set CCTV Cameras CCTV monitoring screen Recording of all video/audios (wherever applicable) Storage of such footage, as prescribed OHPs Desktops Risk Assessment & Compliance Complying with the Risk assessment matrix and mitigation plan as made by the Management Compliance with laid down Quality systems and maintaining accounting standards without any deviation
