Placement Manager

You will be responsible for developing new clientele for CRC/University to facilitate student placements and internships. Your key roles and responsibilities will include: - Strategically ensuring successful career outcomes for graduating students through a comprehensive campus recruitment process. - Meeting individual targets for annual recruitment processes, summer internships, and live projects while providing support to team members as needed. - Acquiring new accounts through organized market outreach efforts. - Collaborating with corporations for various strategic activities such as guest lectures, panel discussions, workshops, and competitions. - Managing student career services including counseling, grooming, and interview preparation. - Engaging with key stakeholders like Alumni, Faculty, Administration, Marketing, and Admissions teams to meet career service and institutional objectives. - Utilizing a strong network in the corporate HR community to work with senior HR professionals and functional leaders for successful deal closures. - Achieving placement and internship targets by creating new partnerships and managing existing partners. - Conducting student counseling sessions in-house to enhance graduation outcomes. - Organizing corporate engagement activities like guest lectures, student training, conclaves, and workshops. Qualification: - Postgraduate degree from any stream. Key Skills: - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). - High integrity. - Availability round the clock for important projects. - Knowledge of industry demographics will be an advantage.
