Placement Manager

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Management

• Build and maintain relationships with

  hiring partners

  (e.g., HSBC, Goldman Sachs, CRISIL, Citi Bank) and recruitment agencies.
• Negotiate placement terms and identify "hot jobs" aligned with learner profiles.
• Update and expand the network of hiring partners domestically and internationally.

Placement Process Coordination

• Oversee the

  6-month placement track

  , including interview scheduling, salary negotiations, and on boarding support.
• Manage the

  Income Share Agreement (ISA)

  process:
• Ensure compliance with payment terms (8% of CTC post-placement).
• Coordinate with NBFC partners for fee collection and legal compliance.
• Monitor eligibility criteria (60% grades, 85% attendance, and mock interview clearance).

Student Readiness & Support

• Collaborate with mentors to conduct

  mock interviews

  , resume-building workshops, and LinkedIn profile optimization.
• Track student progress via the

  AI-driven interview platform

  and provide personalized feedback.
• Guide learners through the

  Capstone Project

  to enhance employability.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyse placement metrics (engagement, interview success rates, CTC trends).
• Prepare reports for leadership on placement outcomes and process improvements.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to ISA terms, including income verification (offer letters, salary slips).

Address non-payment issues and coordinate with legal/NBFC partners for resolution.
