Placement Process CoordinationOversee the 6-month placement track, including interview scheduling, salary negotiations, and on boarding support.Manage the Income Share Agreement (ISA) process:Ensure compliance with payment terms (8% of CTC post-placement).Coordinate with NBFC partners for fee collection and legal compliance.Monitor eligibility criteria (60% grades, 85% attendance, and mock interview clearance).3. Student Readiness & SupportCollaborate with mentors to conduct mock interviews, resume-building workshops, and LinkedIn profile optimization.Track student progress via the AI-driven interview platform and provide personalized feedback.Guide learners through the Capstone Project to enhance employability.4. Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyse placement metrics (engagement, interview success rates, CTC trends).Prepare reports for leadership on placement outcomes and process improvements.5. Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to ISA terms, including income verification (offer letters, salary slips). Address non-payment issues and coordinate with legal/NBFC partners for resolution.
